This Refund Policy explains when a refund may be available for payments made towards the applicable article processing fee.

1. When Payment Is Required
The processing fee is requested only after the relevant submission has been formally accepted. No processing fee is required at the time of submission or during the review process.
2. When a Refund May Be Granted
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
2.1. The payment was made by mistake or was duplicated.
2.2. We are unable to proceed with the publication after receiving the payment.
2.3. We have cancelled the relevant publication service after payment.
2.4. A refund is otherwise approved by us based on the circumstances of the case.
3. When a Refund Will Not Be Granted
A refund will generally not be available if:
3.1. The request is made after the applicable publication service has been provided.
3.2. The author withdraws the submission after making the payment, unless we approve a refund based on the circumstances.
3.3. The payment relates to a service that has already been completed.
4. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@saiyanshipublications.com. The request should include:
4.1. Manuscript ID, where applicable.
4.2. Title of the submission.
4.3. Date of payment.
4.4. Reason for the refund request.
4.5. Each request will be reviewed individually.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be made through the original payment method, where possible. Any applicable bank, transaction or payment processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this website and will apply to payments made after the updated policy takes effect.
